Ros Davey from Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group, highlights the damage that can be done to a company`s brand from employees` inappropriate use of social media. Joining CNBC Africa to discuss this is Khomotso Makapane, partner at Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group, who works in the Employment Law practice area for dispute resolution.
