  • Standard Bank, Sactec and H1 Holdings in reaching financial close on three Grootfontein photovoltaic solar power projects in the Western Cape, South Africa, with a total capacity of 273MW. This marked the first Scatec assets in the region, contributing to South Africa’s renewable energy goals.
  • On land-related matters for financing a consortium led by Mulilo and TotalEnergies Renewables South Africa, enabling the development of the 140-MW De Aar 2 South wind farm and the 120-MW Paarde Valley PV2 solar farm. Delivered tailored solutions to meet project-specific requirements.
