- ZFI Holdings Limited, in a shareholder dispute in the matter, Lawrence Sikutwa and Associates Limited v ZFI Holdings Limited and Madison Financial Services Plc.
- First Quantum Minerals Limited, a Canadian-based mining and metals company, in the matter Claire Ferreira v. First Quantum Minerals Limited regarding a claim for a redundancy package following the execution of a Separation and Release Agreement.
