- African Infrastructure Investment Managers, in its acquisition of Octotel Proprietary Limited from Actis, a UK-based investment firm.
- Harith InfraCo in relation to its acquisition of Aldwych, with shareholders including the Government Employees Pension Fund, Development Bank of Southern Africa, Mergence, Zungu Investments, and Harith General Partners.
- Warshay Investments Proprietary Limited t/a KWV in respect of its proposed acquisition of the Red Heart Rum brand and certain related assets of Pernod Ricard South Africa Proprietary Limited.

- Convergence Partners in relation to its acquisition of Datacentrix, which has received unconditional regulatory approval from both the Competition Commission and the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa.
- Trinitas Private Equity Proprietary Limited in relation to the establishment of a continuation fund for Trinitas Fund I, including advising on the exit of certain partners and the acquisition of their partnership stakes by existing limited partners.
