- Advising a large real estate firm in the acquisition of the entire stake in a land selling company.
- Acting for various large real estate developers in acquisition of land and structuring of unique mixed use developments.
- Advising Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) on developing a tenant purchase scheme model for affordable housing and establishing a REIT for the scheme.
