- Confidential client in preparation of a privately initiated investment proposal for the expansion of a neonatal wing at a Level 5 hospital.*
- Kenya National Highways Authority and Kenya Urban Roads Authority in connection with PPP projects for the financing, design, construction of Lots 3, 8, 15, 18, 32, 33 of the Roads Annuity Project.*
- Kenya National Highways Authority on the proposed PPP Project for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the Mombasa-Nairobi Highway.*
