Experience
Recently Luzaan has advised on the following matters:
- Financial modelling for various incentive plans, remuneration benchmarking and market positioning, review of reward policies, design of short-term and long-term incentives, remuneration reporting in the companies’ integrated reports (particularly single figure reporting) and advising on the impact on share schemes associated with corporate transactions.
- Clients include JSE listed companies and private companies in various sectors, including Financial Services, Mining, FMCG, Health and Property.

- Master’s degree in Tax, University of Pretoria.
