- Standard Bank of South Africa Limited and Absa Bank Limited on the limited recourse financing of three 77 MW utility-scale battery energy storage facilities in South Africa – the Oasis Mookodi, Oasis Aggeneis, and Oasis Nieuwehoop Battery Storage Facilities – developed by their respective project companies, each involving the financing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the facilities
- Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, Absa Bank Limited, and Nedbank Limited on the limited recourse financing of two large-scale renewable energy projects in South Africa: the 120 MW Paarde Valley PV2 solar photovoltaic power plant, developed by Paarde Valley PV 2 (RF) Proprietary Limited, and the 140 MW De Aar 2 South Wind Farm, developed by Mulilo De Aar 2 South (RF) Proprietary Limited – each involving the full suite of design, development, financing, construction, testing, commissioning, ownership, operation, and maintenance activities.
- Standard Bank on the financing of the 105MW (75MWac) Du Plessis Dam Solar PV2 facility near De Aar in the Northern Cape for Mulilo.
- Investec Bank Limited and FirstRand Bank Limited (acting through its Rand Merchant Bank division) on the financing of a 114 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant located in the Northern Cape being developed by Solar Africa Energy.
