Kea Madisa has experience across fund finance, acquisition finance, project finance, debt restructuring, and debt capital markets, and has advised on both domestic and cross-border transactions involving coordination with international counsel in Europe and Africa. Her work includes acting for lenders on a USD 1.065 billion blended finance facility backed by an EFSD+ guarantee, and advising on bridge financing and project finance transactions in the energy, water, and infrastructure sectors. Having completed prior rotations in Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Private M&A, Kea approaches her work with a broad commercial understanding and a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
