- Bilateral transaction valued at around R1,2 billion with a security SPV structure comprising of development, VAT and term facilities made available by the lender for funding new development of residential units in Rosebank and settling existing debts.
- Bilateral transaction valued at around R2 billion with a security SPV structure comprising of refinance facilities and new development and VAT facilities made available by the lender for funding further development of a shopping mall in Pretoria.
- Syndicated unsecured transaction valued at around R1 billion comprising of term and revolving credit facilities made available by the lenders for general corporate purposes and settling existing debts for a borrower in the healthcare industry.
- Various property finance and general finance transactions across the Africa regions of the financial institution.
- Standard Bank in respect of refinancing of existing term and revolving credit facilities made available to a borrower in the media industry.*
- Standard Bank in respect of EUR term loan facility made available to a borrower based in Ghana.*
