• East African Breweries PLC (EABL) on its tender offer to acquire up to 2,177,995 ordinary shares in Uganda Breweries Limited.
• On the structuring and listing of ALP Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, a USD 30 million restricted offer and Kenya’s first USD-denominated industrial and logistics REIT to seek listing on the Nairobi Securities Exchange, including advising on regulatory approvals, transaction structuring and capital markets considerations.
