Andrew specialises in M&A, private equity, venture capital, banking and finance transactions.
During his career, Andrew has also served as general counsel in the corporate space and uses this experience together with his financial skills to ensure that any advice fits within the framework of his client’s business and aligns to their long-term strategies.
Andrew also has experience in corporate governance, trust law and pension and provident funds and has served as both a principal officer and company secretary.

- International Facilities Services (IFS) Group with its shareholders on the investment by Development Partners International, through its African Development Partners II Fund.
- ISON Xperiences and its shareholders on Verod Capital’s and Africlnvest’s acquisition of a majority stake of ISON (nominated for deal of the year at the DealMakers Africa Annual Awards 2023 for West Africa). *
- ISON Xperiences on its acquisition of EC Outsourcing, a UK based company. *
- Kingson Capital Partners on various venture capital transitions including its investments in Onecart Proprietary Limited, Enlabeler Holdings Proprietary Limited, Finfind Proprietary Limited, SMEasy Proprietary Limited and Health Cloud Tech Proprietary Limited. *
- Multiply Group together with its shareholders on the investment by Summit Private Equity Proprietary Limited into the Custom Capital Group. *
- Rainbow Farms Investments (subsidiary of RCL Foods Limited) on the disposal of its operations in Uganda. *
- RCL Foods Limited on the formation of the LIVEKINDLY Collective Africa, a joint venture based in South Africa between RCL Foods and US based the LIVEKINDLY Company Inc. *
