She has also supported mergers and acquisitions teams through her involvement in due diligence transactions.
During her time at Bowmans, Andani has worked with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, major corporate organisations, government departments, state-owned entities, and public interest organisations.
Her experience includes drafting pleadings, application papers, and legal opinions, advising clients, and contributing to due diligence reports from a litigation perspective.

- A global citrus producer and packhouse with regulatory and strategic advice in relation to ongoing illegal mining activities, which were affecting their irrigation systems and business operations.
- A leading Canadian private equity law firm by acting as local counsel in relation to a mining dispute in arbitration proceedings
- An international insurance company in relation to a claim against it, including providing legal and strategic advice on delict and prescription.
