Kuhle has extensive experience across a wide range of corporate, finance, and property matters. Her work includes advising on schemes of arrangement, cross-border leveraged finance transactions, renewable energy projects, corporate due diligences, and general commercial property work.
she also has experience in the data protection and consumer protection space, including advising and training clients on POPIA compliance, as well as guiding international entities on consumer protection requirements in the online environment.
Kuhle works closely with the Project Finance and M&A teams and regularly engage with both the corporate and financial aspects of transactions. She has gained strong experience in cross-border matters and frequently collaborates with international and local counsel on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

- FirstRand Bank Limited, in relation to the USD 25 million development and term loan facility extended to the Ghanaian subsidiary of Hyprop Investments and Atterbury Investments for the construction of a shopping mall in Ghana.
- The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited and BNP Paribas Personal Finance South Africa Limited in respect of a ZAR 400 million notes issuance pursuant to the BNP Paribas Personal Finance South Africa Limited ZAR10,000,000,000 domestic medium term note programme.
- Two ZAR uncommitted term loan facilities agreements for the amounts of ZAR 50 million and ZAR 40 million respectively between a South African company that is the leading distributor of premium technology brands in Sub-Saharan Africa and international specialist bank.
