- A financial services regulator in the reconsideration application against its decision to issue administrative penalties against a financial services provider for contravention of the Mutual Banks Act 124 of 1993.
- A financial services regulator in an appeal against its decision to issue administrative sanctions against a financial services provider for contravention of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001.
- Legal entities on the recovery of damages arising from the breach by the construction professional team of their mandate in the construction of the property owned by the legal entities.
- A financial services provider on the investigation against it by a financial service regulator and the related action proceedings instituted.
