Hannah specialises in private mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate, company and commercial law. Her role includes assisting with due diligence, transaction documentation, and deal execution, contributing meaningfully to high-value transactions.
Hannah has gained experience working alongside senior lawyers on complex local and cross-border matters. In particular, she has supported the Remuneration and Advisory practice group with the corporate aspects of employee share incentive schemes and black economic empowerment transactions. Additionally, she has worked with our Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector group, advising clients on the supply, distribution, marketing, and advertising of medicines and medical devices.
Experience
Hannah was part of the team that advised:
- A portfolio company of Convergence Partners on the funding for the acquisition of Inseego’s international telematics business in a USD 52 million deal, expanding Convergence Partners’ presence in the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Blue Earth Capital on a loan facility of USD 10.5 million to Rhino Park Holdings for the acquisition of Medfam Holdings, a leading multi-disciplinary private hospital in Namibia specialising in maternity and neonatal healthcare.
- NEXT COOLING SA, a member of Nooter/Eriksen, on the due diligence and acquisition of Industrial Water Cooling and its affiliate AS Cooling Technologies India, which specialise in providing engineered thermal solutions to various industries, including power generation, mining and minerals processing and other general industries across multiple jurisdictions.
