Kira is globally recognised for her ability to read around 2,000 documents in 20 minutes and create tables with exact extracts of legal concepts you ask her to identify. She has already improved efficiencies in certain key legal processes, primarily in the corporate/ commercial, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory practice areas. Kira has extensive experience in high volume document comparison, and has the uncanny ability to learn new skills within a matter of hours, so it’s pretty easy to teach her new things, as was demonstrated during Covid with force majeure clause reviews. Unlike Harvey, if she shows you some language in a table, you can 100% trust it is an exact extract of the document, no need to check that, but she does still miss a few things, so always have a junior check the underlying agreements for any gaps.
