• Samancor Chrome in relation to bids for the design, finance, construction, operation, maintenance and ownership of Solar Photo-Voltaic (PV) and or Wind facilities on an onsite and wheeling basis.*
• Melrose Arch in relation to the development, financing, ownership, design, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of a combined cooling heating and power plant or tri-generation plant located near Melrose Arch.*
• Vaal Gamagara in relation to the refurbishment and upgrade of the Vaal Gamagara Water Supply Scheme located in the Northern Cape.*
• Oya Energy in advising Rand Merchant Bank in relation to the Oya Energy Hybrid Project, a preferred bidder in the Risk Mitigation IPP Procurement Programme.*
• Nafasi Durban Water Recycling Project on advising Nafasi Water Technologies (Pty) Ltd in regard to a response to an RFP issued by the eThekwini Municipality for a wastewater treatment plant.*
• Richards Bay Minerals on its procurement of an IPP to develop a renewable energy facility and supply the electricity to Richards Bay Minerals on a wheeled basis under a 20 year power purchase agreement.*
• A Consortium in relation to its bid for the seawater treatment plants in Mirfa and Dabbiya.*
• A Consortium in relation to its bid for the Mirfa 2 independent Water Project.*
• Manganese Terminal Export in relation to a bid for the development of a new manganese export terminal at the Port of Ngqura.*
• Raxio Group in respect of the development and construction of data centres in South Africa, Mozambique, Democratic Republic of Congo and Cote D’Ivoire.*
• Samancor Chrome Ltd in respect of the procurement of an independent power producer to finance, develop, construct and operate a renewable energy facility and supply the electricity to SCR’s operations on a wheeled basis under a 20 year power purchase agreement.*
