Robyn is an associate in our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice, which is part of the Corporate Department. She has extensive experience in both private and public M&A transactions, commercial drafting, legal due diligence, and corporate governance, both locally and internationally.

Additionally, Robyn has worked with our Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector group, advising clients on the supply, distribution, marketing, and advertising of medicines and medical devices. She also supports the Remuneration and Advisory practice group with corporate aspects, including employee share incentive schemes and black economic empowerment transactions.
