Diana is well versed in many areas of the law and is a multi-faceted lawyer, her practice primarily focuses in corporate, employment and labour, arbitration and commercial business litigation, environmental and real estate. Diana successfully represents clients in all phases of the regulatory process and engagements with several government agencies and obtaining the relevant regulatory licences and approvals in the conduct of their businesses in Tanzania. Diana also represents clients in various transactions including real estate purchases, sales and leases, asset purchases, business mergers, creation of new business entities and development and documentation of financial relationships.
