Experience
- Part of the local counsel team that advised in the share and asset deal in relation to the disposal of Bayer’s Environmental Science business tointernational private equity firm, Cinven.
- Part of the team that represented MTN Dubai Limited in its disposal of 50% of the shares in aYo Holdings Limited to Sanlam Emerging Markets Proprietary Limited.
- Providing assistance in various internal restructuring transactions to supervising Partners in M&A.
- Assisting the Remuneration and Advisory practice group with employee share incentive schemes.
- Various general commercial legal matters and transactional work in relation to general M&A.
- Conducting various legal due diligence investigations for private and public M&A deals.

Qualifications
- LLB degree (summa cum laude), from the University of the Western Cape.
- LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town.
- LLM, with distinction, in Intellectual Property from the University of Manchester.
