• advising on the post commencement financing of a company in business recue, the team was responsible for drafting, negotiating and finalising the finance documents which include a Post Commencement Finance Facility Agreement and closing the transaction;
• advising the Lenders in relation to the refinancing of a 50MW concentrated solar power plant in the Northern Cape Province. The team was responsible for drafting, negotiating and finalising the finance documents and closing the transaction;
• advising the transaction advisor in relation to the development and implementation of the construction of a logistics hub (at development stage);
• drafting and reviewing security documents, including limited guarantee, pledge, cession and subordination agreements;
• advising a national regulatory body during the public participation process pursuant to publishing National Regulations; and
• advising clients on regulatory and transactional issues, including compliance with the Public Finance Management Act.
