Overview
Darryl Scotsman is a senior associate in our Cape Town office’s Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the Litigation Practice.
Darryl’s experience covers a wide range of disputes in the areas of commercial, corporate and contractual law, as well as general and commercial litigation, with a focus on the High Court. Prior to studying law, he worked for several medium and large scale architectural firms in Cape Town, amassing broad experience and knowledge of the design and construction industries.
Experience
- Part of a team that advised a large South African insurance company on a dispute related to management agreements.
- Acted for multi-national solar energy company in a dispute with former executives.
Qualifications
- BAS and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town.
