Joni specialises in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and most currently advising on complex transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her practice focusses on project development and commercial contracting, with particular exposure to renewable energy and power projects.
She has worked on multi-party transactions involving sponsors, lenders, developers and contractors and is skilled at navigating the intersection of legal, commercial and regulatory considerations in high-value, time sensitive deals. In addition to her transactional work, Joni has prior litigation experience as an advocate, which informs her risk assessment and drafting approach in commercial matters.
