- Several commercial banks and borrowers on the perfection and enforcement of security interests under Kenyan law.
- Real estate and finance due diligence investigations for a range of clients involved in land acquisitions, real estate investments, and corporate acquisition transactions.
- A British international design consultancy on structuring the offshore provision of architectural services in Kenya in partnership with locally licensed architects and engineers.
